The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic eye, an understanding of digital/social media pacing, and a proven track record of using generative AI to accelerate production while keeping the visual quality premium. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Editing: Edit and assemble long-form or short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, Ads) ensuring sharp pacing, high retention, and clear narrative flow. AI Asset Generation: Generate cinematic B-roll, visual effects, text-to-video animations, and graphic assets using specialized generative AI platforms. Workflow Automation: Utilize AI workflows for rapid transcription, smart captioning, automated rough cuts, audio cleaning, and formatting for multi-platform distribution. Post-Production Polish: Apply sound design, music mixing, audio ducking, color correction/grading, and clean motion graphics. Iterative Revisions: Collaborate closely with our team to implement creative feedback quickly and independently. Required Technical Skills & Tools 1. Core Editing Software Mastery of industry-standard NLEs (Non-Linear Editors) such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro. 2. Advanced Generative AI Tools (Must be highly proficient in at least 3 of the following) Video Generation & Motion: Runway (Gen-2/Gen-3), Pika Labs, Sora, Kling AI, or Luma Dream Machine. AI Avatars & Lip-Sync: HeyGen, Synthesia, or D-ID. Image & Asset Generation: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or DALL-E 3. AI Voice & Audio Production: ElevenLabs or Adobe Podcast. 3. Workflow Automation & Enhancement Descript or Opus Clip (for text-based editing and multi-format clipping). Topaz Labs Video AI (for upscaling, stabilization, and frame interpolation).
