Long-Term Web Developer Needed (AI Website Builder) – Monthly Work I run a digital agency in the USA and I’m looking for a skilled web developer for a long-term partnership. My job is to find clients and sell websites. Your job is to build high-quality demo websites that help me close those sales. Once a client signs up, you’ll customize the same website with their branding, content, and any requested changes. You can build websites using tools like Claude, Google AI (Antigravity), Bolt.new, Lovable, Replit AI, or any other modern AI website builder. How We Work 1. I send you the business type (restaurant, dentist, contractor, etc.). 2. You create a modern, responsive demo website with AI-powered features or smart personalized recommendations where appropriate. 3. I present the demo to potential clients. 4. After the client purchases the website, you update it with their logo, colors, text, images, and requested changes. 5. You deliver the final website and any required files or CMS access. What I’m Looking For * Strong UI/UX and modern design skills. * Experience building websites with AI tools. * Fast turnaround and good communication. * Clean, reusable code/components for easy future edits. * Someone interested in ongoing monthly work.
