The project centres on building a single, modern-and-sleek digital product: a responsive website plus companion apps for both Android and iOS, all powered by an AI assistant. Scope of work • Front end & back end: create a fast, secure, and easily scalable architecture that supports user log-in, role management, an admin dashboard, real-time notifications, and third-party API connections. • Payments: integrate a mainstream gateway that processes subscriptions and one-off purchases. • AI chatbot: deliver text-based conversation, voice recognition with spoken replies, and full natural-language understanding so users can converse hands-free or by typing. • Voice layer: microphone control, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech seamlessly embedded across web and mobile. • Mobile apps: publish to both Google Play and the App Store, mirroring website features, with offline caching where practical. • Dashboard & analytics: surface usage metrics, payment history, and chatbot interactions in a clean, role-based interface. • Dev-ops essentials: CI/CD, cloud hosting, automated testing, and clear environment hand-off documentation. Acceptance criteria 1. Website scores 90+ on Google Lighthouse for performance, accessibility, and best practices. 2. Both apps pass store review and function identically on current major OS versions. 3. AI assistant responds in <2 s for 95 % of queries. 4. All payments execute securely and update user status instantly. 5. Full source code, build scripts, and environment variables delivered in a private repo. Timeline & updates Propose a realistic schedule with milestones; I expect concise progress reports at least twice a week via our preferred channel (Slack or similar). Please include links to previous AI-enabled products or complex full-stack builds, outline your tech stack, and provide a ballpark cost broken into milestones.
