Descripción de la oferta
I’m building an AIS-140 compliant tracking unit and need one partner who can take the idea from schematic to fully tested firmware in a single run. That means you will design the multilayer PCB, select components that satisfy ARAI / AIS-140 certification, and deliver production-ready firmware that handles GPS/GNSS acquisition, GSM/LTE data transfer, SMS fall-back, panic button logic, CAN interface, and standard-mandated encryption and packet formats. Scope • Complete schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium, KiCad, or similar) including Gerbers, BOM, 3-D step files, and assembly drawings. • Firmware in C/C++ (preferred on STM32 or an equivalent automotive-grade MCU) covering GNSS parsing, GPRS/LTE socket handling, FOTA, accelerometer-based tamper detection, and diagnostic logging. • Prototype bring-up, bench testing, and assistance through initial certification. Acceptance criteria 1. Hardware files open, compile, and pass DRC/ERC without critical errors. 2. Firmware compiles with documented toolchain and transmits AIS-140 payloads to a test server for 72 h continuously without dropouts. 3. Current consumption, GNSS TTFF, and thermal limits fall within AIS-140 tables. When you message me, focus on your direct experience designing automotive or AIS-140 devices, the tools you use, and one brief example of a similar project you have shipped. I’m ready to start immediately and will share mechanical constraints and enclosure drawings once we agree on the approach.
