Scope of the campaign • Geography: every region of the United States—East Coast, West Coast, Midwest, South, and anywhere in between. • Channels you may use: compliant email marketing and professional cold calling. I’m not pursuing social media outreach for this job. • Volume: tell me how many records you can supply for each group and the timeline you need. Quality matters more than sheer size. What I consider a complete lead – Full name and role (e.g., Realtor, investor) – Company or brokerage (if applicable) – City & state – Phone number (direct where possible) – Verified email address – For Realtors, their license ID or a link to their public profile is a plus Deliverables 1. Clean CSV or Excel file segmented by lead type. 2. A brief note on your sourcing and verification process so I understand data integrity. 3. Replacement policy for any bounced or inaccurate contacts uncovered within 14 days. Acceptance criteria • Bounce rate under 5 % on the first send. • At least 90 % of phone numbers must connect to the right person or office. • No purchased spam lists; all data must be gathered ethically and CAN-SPAM compliant.
