I already have the landlord’s map of the rental unit; what I need now is a complete, modern-style restaurant layout that transforms that bare plan into an efficient, customer-friendly space. The kitchen is the priority. Please allocate and size cooking stations, a dedicated prep area, water sinks, ovens, and chimney hoods so the workflow is logical and code-compliant. Adjoining the kitchen, I also need a compact store area for dry and cold goods and a clearly marked reception point that will double as our staff entrance. I’m looking for a scaled floor plan that shows: • Zoning and circulation paths • Accurate furniture and equipment blocks • Service points for power, water, and exhaust Preferred files: AutoCAD DWG plus a print-ready PDF. A simple 3-D view in SketchUp or Revit is a welcome bonus. Deliverables 1. Final layout drawing (DWG + PDF) 2. Equipment legend with basic MEP notes 3. One round of revisions after my feedback If you’ve planned restaurants before and can work quickly, please share a couple of relevant samples so I can move forward right away.
