The finished survey must show all boundary information with the precision lenders expect, supply the legal description, and include every item listed in Table A that is customary for a straightforward commercial lot of this size. Please handle field work, research, and drafting, then deliver: • Signed and sealed PDF of the final survey • Editable CAD file (DWG) that aligns to California coordinate system • Supporting field notes and any title research references Let me know your estimated schedule for on-site work, turnaround time for the final drawings, and what you’ll need from me (title commitment, access arrangements, etc.).
