I’m launching a new Amazon FBA business and want the operational side running smoothly from day one. I already have a Seller Central account, but I need an expert who can: • Finish the FBA set-up details (warehouse settings, shipping plans, barcode preferences, inbound prep). • Design and implement an inventory-management workflow: real-time stock tracking, reorder triggers, and data-driven forecasting to avoid both stock-outs and long-term storage fees. • Guide me through product sourcing. I don’t have items ready yet, so I’ll rely on you for market research, supplier outreach (Alibaba, trade shows, domestic wholesalers—whatever makes sense), and initial MOQ negotiations. • Recommend and configure the right software stack—InventoryLab, Restock Pro, SellerBoard, or a comparable tool—so I can see unit economics and replenishment alerts in one dashboard. • Provide simple documentation or Loom walkthroughs so I can maintain the process myself once everything is in place. Acceptance will be based on a live, functioning FBA inventory system inside my Seller Central account, a short list of vetted product opportunities with supplier quotes, and clear instructions for reordering.
