I have a completed non-fiction manuscript that now needs professional interior formatting for Amazon KDP paperback. Your job is to transform my raw Word document into a clean, industry-standard layout that passes KDP’s print preview on the first try. The book is text-heavy, so the layout must focus on crisp typography, consistent heading hierarchy, proper margins and gutters, running headers, page numbering, and an automatically generated table of contents. I also want visually pleasing chapter-opening pages and appropriate paragraph styles so future edits remain simple. Please work in the tool you’re most comfortable with—Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, Vellum, or even Word coupled with Kindle Create—as long as the final output meets KDP’s print specifications (PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-3, 300 dpi embedded fonts, correct trim size and bleed).
