I want to like a commend in Ambition box (( Likes: 1. Excellent research environment with technical top-tier leaders 2. Strong exposure to real world R&D 3. Flexible for short emergency leaves with flexible LOP 4. Supportive technical Project Lead with valuable technical guidance and personal support 5. Improvements in project management, presentation skills, troubleshooting skills. 6. Cross functional co-ordination with multiple field expertise DisLikes: 1. There is a constant expectation to be available almost 16 hours/day with minimal consideration for personal time and no Overtime wages. 2. The HR process is unprofessional and stressful.. 2a. Even after I left the company, they delayed issuing basic and critical documents like Degree certificate, Joining letter, Probation confirmation, Experience certificate, Salary proof and Relieving Letter. 2b. Even after completing the full 90-day notice period the company failed to provide even a single document proving that I worked there. This caused stress and forced me to repeatedly request extensions from my new employer every week and its ~2 month and till no progress and reply.
