The International Search Report and Written Opinion confirmed industrial applicability and novelty across all claims, yet raised an inventive-step objection. I now need a registered Indian patent agent to: • analyse the ISR/IPRP observations • work with my preliminary ideas to redraft the independent claim so the inventive-step objection is fully removed • prepare and lodge the complete national-phase filing, covering all forms, translations (if any) and the official IPR fee in your quote Amendment to the independent claim & if needed dependent claims requires drafting; the remainder of the specification should stay intact. An electronic-domain invention experience is preferred. Please outline your timeline from receiving the documents to submission and confirm that your fee includes the government IPR charges.
