I need a confident female voice with a clear, neutral American accent to handle all incoming sales calls for my business. Your sole focus will be to pick up the phone promptly, engage the caller in perfect English, answer product-related questions, and guide them toward completing a purchase. Because these are sales-oriented conversations, a friendly yet persuasive tone is essential; you should be comfortable steering the discussion, addressing objections, and closing when the caller is ready. At the end of each shift I’ll ask for a brief call log noting caller name (or number if unknown) and the outcome—sale made, follow-up needed, or information only—so I can track performance and inventory. You’ll be working through our existing VoIP line; a quiet workspace and a reliable high-speed connection on your side are non-negotiable for call clarity. If you already use a basic CRM or call-logging tool, even better, but I’m happy to supply access to ours. Deliverables: • Real-time answering of all inbound sales calls during the agreed hours • Professional, American-accented conversation that reflects our brand • End-of-day call log summarising each interaction If you have previous phone-based sales experience and can start quickly, let’s talk.
