Overview: I am looking for an experienced developer or web scraper to extract contact data from a specific Android application for Who Caller and export the filtered results into a clean CSV file. Key Requirements: Target App: (Extract data either via API reverse engineering or backend scraping). Data Filtering Condition: Strictly extract and include ONLY phone numbers that start with the digit 7 (e.g., numbers starting with 7XXXXXXX or country code + 7...). All other numbers must be excluded from the final list. Output Format: Clean CSV file containing the following columns: Phone Name Deliverables: A sample test batch (e.g., 50–100 records) to verify data accuracy and filter compliance before full execution. Final CSV file containing all scraped records matching the filter criteria. Requirements for Bidders: Please mention your proposed approach (e.g., API traffic analysis, Frida, Python script, etc.) and estimated delivery time when submitting your bid.
