I am building an Android-only mobile application I call “Sepuluh Poin.” The core idea is already drafted, but I need a seasoned Android developer to turn the concept into a full, production-ready app. Scope of work • Translate my functional notes for “Sepuluh Poin” into clear user flows and wireframes (I will share the sketches once we start). • Build the complete Android app in Android Studio, using Kotlin (Java is acceptable if you have strong justification). • Implement a clean, modern UI that follows Material Design guidelines. • Connect front-end screens to the required local or cloud-based data layer; I am open to Firebase or a lightweight REST API—let’s decide together during kickoff. • Package, sign, and deliver a release-ready APK plus the full source code in a Git repository. Acceptance criteria 1. The app installs and runs without crashes on Android 9 - 14. 2. All screens listed in the shared wireframes are implemented and navigable. 3. Data persists correctly across sessions. 4. Code passes lint checks and is clearly commented. If this aligns with your skills, let me know your preferred stack, past Android work of a similar scope, and the estimated timeline to reach a first test build. I am ready to start as soon as we agree on milestones and communication rhythm.
