I am building a full-featured general job portal dedicated to Android users and need an experienced developer who can take the project from concept to Play Store launch. The app must serve three distinct user roles—job seekers, employers, and an admin—so the architecture has to be clean, secure, and scalable. Core flow • Job seekers create profiles, upload résumés, browse filtered vacancies, save searches, and apply in-app (file upload and in-app messaging included). • Employers register company accounts, post openings, manage candidate pipelines, and receive real-time application notifications. • An admin console (web-based or embedded) lets me moderate content, verify employers, and run basic analytics. I’m open to Java, Kotlin, or a well-supported cross-platform framework as long as performance is on par with native Android standards and the source code is fully handed over. Please factor in intuitive UI/UX, role-based authentication, push notifications, and a simple REST-ready backend (Firebase, Node, or your preferred stack).
