KnowChamp Answer Right, Shine Bright The main purpose of this contest app is to develop skills among all users. Through this, any individual, professional or any student or its Knowledge, Critical Thinking, Memory Improvement, Social Interaction, Confidence Building, Competitive Spirit, Preparation for Future Opportunities. Starting from school level, there will be various contests on different subjects, topics in this app. You can know what questions will be related to a specific contest by clicking on the details of that contest. Rules 1. You can find out what questions will be related to the topic in the contest by clicking on the details of that contest. 2. Suppose you join a contest, but as long as no one else joins that contest, that contest will not start. 3. Each contest will have a specific time limit, once it ends, that contest will end. 4. The start and end times of the contest will be written in the contest details, it is advisable for everyone to join the contest after checking it carefully. 5. Since the contest has a starting time and an end time, if someone joins that contest but does not finish the contest within that time limit or does not participate in the contest within that specific time limit, that contest will end automatically. And the user with the highest score will be considered the winner of that contest. 6. To participate in any contest, a joining amount will have to be paid, which will be written in the details of that contest. A user can pay that joining amount online or through UPI. Only if the payment is successful, he will be able to join that contest, otherwise not. 7. If a user wins a contest, the reward amount he will get as the winning amount is mentioned at the beginning of the contest. 8. If the marks of a contest are drawn, each user will get the remaining amount back after deducting 10 percent of their joining amount. 9. Multiple admin users will upload questions of different subjects and topics through an admin section. While creating a contest, the questions on which each contest will be held will be displayed randomly from the system. 10. If multiple people come in first place in a Contest, how does the money get distributed then? a. The money is distributed equally between them. For example if 1st prize is rs100, 2nd prize is rs 50 and third is rs 30. Now if two persons comes on 1st position then rs 100 and 50 will be shared between them. I.e each of them will get rs 75. The 3rd person will get rs 25. If two persons are on rank 1 then automatically the next person is on rank 3. Now the money on 1st two spots will be distributed equally between the 1st two ranker. Same thing followed if there are more people on position 1. 11. A user cannot transfer more than rupees 10000 to this contest app at one time. In that way, once the winning amount is deposited, it will have to be withdrawn or the money will have to be spent by paying for any utility service within the app, otherwise, it will not be possible to participate in any subsequent contest. 12. This contest app automatically sets the answer to each question, so whatever the app considers to be the correct answer is the final one. No user will be able to challenge the determination of this correct answer in the future. The admin professionals at the back-end of this app carefully select the correct answer to each question. 13. The Winning amount shall be directly proportional to the number of Users participating in a Contest. For clarity, the Winning amount specified on the Contest page will decrease if the number of Users joining the Contest is less than the limit set by us for a Public Contest. Terms & Conditions 1. Quiz is open for all Indian Citizens. Or Only people in India? yes, it is only for Indian citizens 2. If a user joins a contest and does not participate in the quiz, he will not receive any prize money. 3. Each quiz contest will start automatically at the specified start time.. 4. A user can participate in multiple quiz contests with different start times at the same time. 5. Every contest It is a time-bound quiz contest: you will have 600 seconds to answer 20 questions. 6. Once an entry is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn. 7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the KnowChamp reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered. - Can a competition be canceled once the minimum number of users joined? Will they get a refund? No, a contest will not be canceled if the minimum number of users join. So there is no question of getting a refund. 8. The participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates. 9. The decision of KnowChamp on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. 10. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. 11. Neither owners/developers/organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. 12. Participants will need to provide their name, e-mail address, mobile number, PAN Card number and Aadhaar Card number. By submitting these details, participants give consent for their use for the purpose of the contest. 13. The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system. Please confirm the main screens and related actions 1. Disable Login from multiple devices 10. Quiz Dashboard List upcoming / Live Quizzes. User clicks the Join button Questions: 1. Can a user delete their account? No, a user cannot delete his account by himself. If that user has no transaction or activity, then only the super admin can delete it from the admin panel. 2. Will it be Soft delete or permanent deletion?permanent deletion 3. If a user is deleted what will happen to the transactions in the database. If that user has no transaction or activity, then only the super admin can delete it from the admin panel. A user cannot be deleted if they have any transactions. 4. If we are displaying the winners for all past quizzes, if a user who has won the quiz, deleted their account, as winner name what we will show in the past quizzes?A user cannot be deleted if they have any transactions. 5. If a user cannot delete it, can they reactivate the account? If a user does not have any activity, it will be deactivated after 6 months. In that case, that user will send an email for account activation. Considering that, the admin can activate him. Moreover, the admin can deactivate any user at any time. 6. Can a user add more than one bank details? no 7. Is there a limit on the amount a user can withdraw at a time? Any user can withdraw rupees 10000 at a time. Similarly, any user cannot deposit more than rupees 10000 at a time. But there will be a place to set this amount in the admin panel. So that the admin can change it later. 8. Only paid users can view the Quiz Dashboard screen? Or any one? Any one but Only paid users can join the contest. 9. If an unpaid user clicks the Join button, will they be taken to payment screen? If yes, after making payment, they should be automatically joined to this Quiz? yes 10. If the quiz is already reached the max number of participants, the user will not see the Join button right? yes 11. In the Quiz screen, what all elements will be visible for the participants?Contest ID,Start Time,Entry Fee, Prize Money 1 ,Prize Money 2, Prize Money 3,Max. Participant,Duration(Sec), Min. Participant 12. When user answers a question, will it show the answer was correct / wrong in the same screen?yes 13. Or will it show the final result to the user for the questions they answered? Each question in a contest is worth 1 mark/point. After the contest is over, anybody can see how many points or marks a user got. 14.
