I’m building a productivity-focused Android app whose sole purpose is accurate, effortless time tracking. The core flow is simple: a user starts their workday, the app quietly captures activity in the background, and—when needed—they can pause, stop, or manually adjust any entry. At the end of the day they receive clean, visual reports that can be exported or shared. To deliver that experience I need a developer comfortable with Android Studio, Kotlin (or modern Java), Room or another lightweight local database, and Material Design guidelines. You’ll wire up three critical features: • Automatic time logs that begin and end based on user actions or system events • Manual time entries for quick edits or after-the-fact additions • Reporting & analytics with clear charts, daily/weekly summaries, and CSV or PDF export I already have rough wireframes and a simple Firebase project set up for auth and cloud sync; everything else is yours to architect, code, and test. The final APK should be Play-Store ready, with unit tests covering the core tracking logic and a concise README so I can pick up future iterations easily.
