I need a focused Android app that lets our tunnel-construction team record and review daily progress on site. Each shift should be able to open the app, choose the tunnel section they worked on, enter quantities excavated or lined, attach photos, comments, and sign off. At the end of the day I want a clear dashboard that rolls up every entry so supervisors can spot delays immediately. The core requirement is simple: reliable progress tracking with daily updates. Real-time dashboards or milestone summaries could come later, but for this first release I just need a clean daily-log workflow that works offline in the tunnel and syncs when a signal is available. Deliverables – short and clear: • Production-ready Android APK + source code (Kotlin or Java) • Lightweight backend or local database for offline capture and later sync • One-page admin panel or simple report export (PDF/CSV) to share progress with management • Brief user guide and handover session If you have experience building field-work apps for construction or mining and can keep the interface rugged and intuitive, let’s talk.
