About Glorri Glorri is an AI-powered Hiring Intelligence Platform helping organizations hire smarter through automation, AI, and data-driven recruitment. Today, we are one of the leading Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) in the South Caucasus, trusted by enterprise customers. We are currently building the next-generation AI-native version of Glorri for the global market and are looking for an exceptional Technical Lead to help us scale our platform. ________________________________________ About the Role This is not a typical development position. We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of the technical side of our product and become a long-term technology partner. Your first mission will be to analyze our current platform, review both frontend and backend architecture, identify bottlenecks and technical debt, recommend improvements, and implement a roadmap that prepares Glorri for international scale. You will work directly with the Founder and play a key role in shaping the future of our technology. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Analyze the current software architecture and infrastructure • Review frontend, backend, APIs, database, and deployment architecture • Identify technical debt and performance bottlenecks • Design and implement a scalable architecture suitable for global SaaS growth • Improve application performance, security, reliability, and maintainability • Refactor existing code where necessary • Establish engineering best practices and coding standards • Build scalable new features using modern development practices • Optimize MongoDB performance and database design • Improve CI/CD processes and deployment workflows • Collaborate on AI integration and future platform architecture • Mentor developers and perform code reviews when required ________________________________________ Required Skills Must Have • Expert-level experience with Angular • Expert-level experience with Node.js • Strong expertise in MongoDB • Solid experience in software architecture and system design • Proven experience building scalable SaaS platforms • RESTful API design • Authentication and authorization • Cloud infrastructure • Performance optimization • Security best practices • Git workflow ________________________________________ Nice to Have • AI / LLM integration experience • Docker • Kubernetes • AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • CI/CD pipelines • Microservices architecture • DevOps experience • Enterprise SaaS background ________________________________________ Who We're Looking For We care more about mindset than years of experience.
