Market Currently exploring for the US market Deadline First draft by Friday, July 24, 2026 · Final delivery by July 30, 2026 Budget range Not fixed — we are requesting quotes from vendors 2. Background eGovernments Foundation is a non-profit that builds DIGIT, an open-source digital infrastructure platform used by governments across India (and beyond) to deliver public services such as property tax, trade licensing, grievance redressal, water and sewerage management, and building plan approvals. DIGIT Studio is a no-code / low-code platform that enables governments and implementation teams to build, configure, and launch public service applications on the DIGIT Platform. Studio is currently built on DIGIT Platform v2.9, with targeted enhancements to underlying platform services to support Studio-specific use cases. Today, Studio supports the following core capabilities: • Form Builder • Workflow Builder • Notification Configuration • Payment Configuration • Checklist Configuration Using these capabilities, administrators can configure and generate end-to-end applications with both citizen-facing and employee-facing interfaces. This video will introduce DIGIT Studio to an external, non-technical audience as part of our pitch materials. 3. Objective • Help prospective county business users and department heads quickly understand what DIGIT Studio is and why it matters. • Support the sales/partnerships team by giving them a polished, reusable asset for pitch meetings, proposals, and events. • Build confidence and credibility — this is often the first visual impression a stakeholder has of the product. 4. Target Audience • Business users within US counties — department heads, program managers, and other operational decision-makers • County IT/digital services leads involved in evaluating or adopting new service platforms • [Add/edit: system integrators, implementation partners, etc.] Assume viewers are not technical. Avoid engineering jargon (APIs, microservices, etc.) unless translated into plain outcomes. 5. Key Message Core ideas the viewer should walk away with: “DIGIT Studio is easy to use for non-technical users — drag-and-drop functionality lets them digitize their services quickly.” “DIGIT Studio is secure, compliant, and accessible.” 6. Supporting Points to Cover • Easy to use: built for non-technical users — no engineering background needed • Drag-and-drop: simple drag-and-drop functionality lets teams digitize their services quickly • Secure, compliant, and accessible — built to meet the standards government and public-sector work requires • The problem: governments need new digital services fast, but custom-building each one is slow and expensive • The solution: DIGIT Studio lets teams configure end-to-end applications — forms, workflows, notifications, payments, checklists — without heavy engineering effort • Both sides covered: generates citizen-facing and employee-facing interfaces from the same configuration • Proof/credibility: built on the proven DIGIT platform, already used across multiple Indian states, serving tens of millions of citizens • Call to action: reach out to us / visit [website] 7. Tone & Visual Style • Clean, modern, credible — this represents a public infrastructure platform, not a flashy consumer product • Motion graphics with simple iconography and a clear visual metaphor (e.g., building blocks, modular pieces coming together) • Palette and fonts: to be shared separately • Avoid: generic stock-footage feel, overly playful/cartoonish style, dense on-screen text 8. Reference / Inspiration • Reference video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pZv7me6dFns • DIGIT Studio explainer video (1): https://app.supademo.com/demo/cmn6xbpcb01060l0jhatgyk9k?utm_source=link • DIGIT Studio explainer video (2): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MMqppcBNxa-mlrrCTD5kqiLjyaprfEpp/view • We will share product screenshots for use in the video; some may need edits/annotations to highlight specific parts of the interface 9. Deliverables • Script will be provided by eGovernments Foundation — storyboard is not required; vendor may go straight to animation, with multiple rounds of iteration expected along the way • Final video: MP4, 1920x1080 (16:9), plus a vertical 1080x1920 cut for social/mobile if feasible • Editable source/project files (e.g., After Effects) handed over on completion, so we can make future changes ourselves (e.g., swapping the logo or on-screen text) • Voiceover in English (AI-generated voiceover is acceptable), with burned-in or separate English subtitle file (.srt) 10. Process & Timeline Script Provided by eGovernments Foundation — vendor to review and flag any concerns before animation begins First draft / rough animation cut Due Friday, July 24, 2026 Animation (iterative) Multiple rounds of revisions expected between first draft and final delivery Final delivery July 30, 2026 11. What We Need from Vendors • A short portfolio or reel of similar animated explainer/promo work • A quote for the full project — script will be provided by eGovernments Foundation, so no need to quote for scriptwriting • Estimated timeline from kickoff to final delivery • Number of revision rounds included, given multiple iterations are expected 12.
