I’m ready to lock in a single creative partner—freelancer or small agency—for a 12-month retainer that covers everything from brand foundations to day-to-day visuals. Phase 1: Core Build-out • Logo design with full brand guidelines • Multi-page company brochure (print-ready + web PDF) • Responsive website development (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) tied to basic on-page SEO setup • Initial keyword research and optimisation so the site launches search-ready Phase 2: Ongoing Support (months 2-12) • Routine website maintenance: content updates, security patches, minor feature tweaks • Graphic design on demand—flyers, business cards, social media post layouts, infographics and other light-marketing visuals • Periodic SEO tune-ups to keep rankings healthy What I need from you • A portfolio that shows brand identity, brochure, and website work in a cohesive style • Confirmation you can bundle all services under one annual fee (milestones are fine) • A quick outline of your tool stack (e.g., Adobe CC, Figma, Elementor, SEMrush) and typical turnaround times Nice-to-haves If you can also handle extra end-to-end touches—like versioned brand assets, simple email templates, or lightweight analytics reporting—mention it.
