Descripción de la oferta

I have a cantilever beam that must be modelled in ANSYS using steel and subjected to a single point load at the free end. After the initial setup I want to explore how changing key geometric dimensions (length, width, thickness / depth) influences stress, deflection, and safety factor, then settle on the most efficient design that still meets strength-and-stiffness requirements. Here is the workflow I need completed: • Build the baseline steel cantilever in ANSYS Mechanical, assign material properties, and verify boundary conditions. • Apply the point load, run the solution, then create a parametric sweep that automatically updates geometry across the chosen dimension ranges. • Extract results for each variant—maximum von Mises stress, tip deflection, weight, and any other relevant outputs—and export them into readable tables. • Identify the geometry that gives the best performance-to-weight ratio (or another clear optimisation metric you feel is suitable) and justify that choice. • Compile a concise report (Word / PDF) that includes method description, screenshots of the model, comparative tables, and well-labelled graphs created in Excel or the ANSYS post-processor. Deliverables for acceptance: 1. ANSYS project file with all design points saved. 2. Spreadsheet of raw and processed result data. 3. Final report with tables, graphs, and design recommendation. Without ai and palgrism Need ansys file A short walkthrough or read-me on how to rerun or adjust the study would be appreciated so I can build on your work later. I need to get this work completed within the next 2 hours.
