Appfolio Setup and Tenant Financial Tracking

I am a 81 unit apartment complex owner who just started using Appfolio. The system is up & running and tenants are paying online in the portal. I am moving in my first new tenant. I put in the move in charges which includes holding deposit/security deposit. I use 2 separate accounts. The operating account is online payments enabled & working great. I have a separate security deposit account that is a savings account. When the new tenant tries to pay it says some charges are unable to be paid online. (the security deposit account is not payment enabled) According to Appfolio savings accounts can not be online payment enabled. I am just trying to figure out best business practice to have this setup properly now & moving forward. I also have a tenant who the previous management company started the move in (they also used Appfolio & we did a data transfer) who has 2 separate accounts (1 shows it was a move out same day as move in the other is working fine & he is using to make his payments. He paid his security deposit but it doesn't show it was paid on his portal page. Just want to make sure to move it accordingly,) The first issue is the most pressing because the new tenant is moving in 2 days. I need a professional who has done many of these setups & is an appfolio guru. I know this is a small project but I would love a resource who I could use for an hour or two every few months to make sure we are on track.
