Appointment Setter — Aurera Agency Location: Remote (India-based preferred) | Type: Full-time / Commission-eligible Reports to: Founder / Sales Lead About the Role Aurera Agency is a done-for-you digital marketing agency helping high-ticket businesses in India and internationally grow through Meta Ads, lead-gen funnels, PR placements, and reputation management. We're hiring an Appointment Setter to convert inbound leads into booked, showed-up sales calls with our closing team. You won't be closing deals — you'll be the critical link that makes sure every qualified lead actually gets on the call. What You'll Do Work inbound leads generated through Meta Lead Ads and qualify them against our tier criteria (Ignite / Ascend / Dominate) Follow up with leads via WhatsApp and phone using our scripts to book them onto Google Meet sales calls Run a structured follow-up cadence to reduce no-shows — confirming, reminding, and re-engaging leads who go cold Handle initial objections and pre-frame leads so calls start warm, not cold Log every interaction and lead status accurately in our CRM/lead tracker Hit weekly targets for booked calls and show-up rate Flag patterns in lead quality or objections back to the marketing team What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or telecalling (agency, SaaS, coaching/consulting, or real estate background is a plus) Fluent, confident English and Hindi communication — comfortable on WhatsApp, phone, and email Strong follow-up discipline — you don't let leads go cold Comfortable working from a script while still sounding natural and human Basic familiarity with CRMs, Google Sheets/Excel, and WhatsApp Business Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup Nice to Have Prior experience setting appointments for high-ticket offers (₹1L+ services) Familiarity with Meta Lead Ads or paid lead funnels Experience using scripts derived from structured sales methodologies
