We are a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in the US Construction & Remodeling industry, and we are looking for a rockstar to join our team for the LONG TERM. What You’ll Do: Lightning-Fast Lead Outreach: Call every new incoming lead within 15 minutes max. Qualify & Confirm: Engage prospects, confirm details, and set up qualified appointments for our clients. Follow-up Relentlessly: Ensure no lead falls through the cracks with structured and professional follow-ups. Requirements: Experience: At least 2+ years of proven experience as an Appointment Setter (US market experience is a huge plus). Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills—clear, confident, articulate, and persuasive. Speed & Accountability: Highly responsive, punctual, and strictly committed to the 15-minute response time rule.
