I need an experienced APsystems solar installer or technician to remotely diagnose and configure the grid protection profile of an APsystems EZHI hybrid inverter. System details: - Device: APsystems EZHI - Location: Mogadishu, Somalia - Grid frequency: stable 50 Hz - Grid voltage range: approximately 238–255.5 V - Current setting criteria shown by the device: “default for 50Hz grid” - Current problem: frequent “AC abnormal” disconnections - grid profile previously worked more reliably Required work: 1. Verify the currently active grid profile and all AC protection parameters. 2. Confirm whether the South Africa / NRS 097 grid profile is supported by this EZHI firmware. 3. Apply the complete approved South Africa profile, if technically suitable. 4. Do not manually weaken individual protection limits unless they are part of an approved APsystems grid profile. 5. Verify overvoltage thresholds, trip times and reconnection time. 6. Test the inverter operation after the change. 7. Provide screenshots or a written record of the settings before and after. 8. Provide instructions for restoring the original profile if necessary. Required qualifications: - Proven APsystems installation or technical support experience - Access to APsystems EMA Manager, EMA installer or authorized service tools - Experience with EZHI or APsystems grid-profile commissioning - Knowledge of NRS 097-2-1 and 230 V / 50 Hz grid protection - Able to perform the task remotely or guide me through an official local connection by video call Important: - I will not provide my personal email or EasyPower password. - The device serial number will only be shared privately after verification. - No unofficial firmware, modified software or bypass of safety protection. - Please explain exactly how access will be performed before making changes.
