I need an APsystems-authorised installer or support engineer who already holds active EMA Manager access to log in on my behalf and change the voltage profile on my system. My own login is only a user account, so I cannot reach the installer settings myself. The task is straightforward: once connected to my array through the EMA portal, switch the voltage profile to the value I will specify and send me proof it has been applied (a quick screenshot of the updated settings is fine). No help creating a new Manager account is required—what matters is that you come with the rights in place and can carry out the change immediately. Please confirm you currently have active EMA Manager credentials and roughly how soon after being granted site access you can complete the profile change.
