Descripción de la oferta

I am launching an online marketplace in Arabic that connects customers with nearby service providers for household, office, and vehicle issues—think of Uber’s matching experience, but for plumbers, electricians, mechanics, carpenters, and similar trades. Phase one is a fully-functional website that will later feed our iOS and Android apps, so clean, well-documented code and a robust API layer are essential. Core experience I need you to deliver: • Customers create an account, describe their issue, and upload photos or video directly through the site. • Providers within a configurable radius see the request and submit an offer that includes price (fixed or hourly), ETA, and estimated completion time. • The site automatically compiles incoming offers in a comparison view where customers can review each provider’s pitch, past ratings, and written reviews. • Once a customer accepts an offer, real-time chat (websocket or similar) opens between both parties. • After the job is marked complete, both sides leave a rating and review that feeds the public profile of the provider. Because the website is the first release, the most visible pages right now will be the provider offer listings and the customer review & rating flow. The service-request feature is already outlined above and should plug naturally into the same interface. Technical notes – Primary language: Arabic (right-to-left; I will supply copy). English toggle is a plus but not required. – Mobile-first responsive design. – Geo-location, map display, and distance calculations for “nearby” logic (Google Maps API or equivalent). – Secure media upload (images, MP4, MOV) straight to cloud storage. – Admin dashboard for user management, dispute handling, and analytics. – Scalable backend with clear REST/GraphQL endpoints so the forthcoming mobile apps can consume the same services. Acceptance criteria 1. End-to-end user flow from sign-up to review functions without errors in the latest Chrome, Safari, and mobile browsers. 2. All text displays correctly in Arabic RTL layout. 3. API documentation (Postman collection or Swagger) covering every public endpoint. 4. Source pushed to a private Git repo with commit history and deployment instructions. If you have built similar two-sided marketplaces, especially in Arabic, your insight will be invaluable.
