Arbaaz Chicken is ready to go online and I want a Play-Store–ready Android application built with Flutter and Firebase that feels professional and sleek from the very first tap. The interface should stay clean yet engaging: banner-rich home screen, neatly separated Chicken, Mutton and Fish categories, and polished product pages that display images, weights (250 g, 500 g, 1 kg) and dynamic prices. Shoppers must be able to sign in quickly with mobile OTP, search or filter products, add items to cart, and check out using either Razorpay or Cash-on-Delivery. Once the order is placed, the customer should enjoy full visibility—real-time driver location, live status updates and a clear delivery ETA—all pushed through Firebase Cloud Messaging. The profile area will show order history, saved addresses and any active coupons, while a single-tap button opens WhatsApp or places a call to support. Notifications for new offers and coupons need to be configurable from the admin side. On the back end, give me a secure web admin panel where I can add, edit or delete products (including images and weight variants), approve or manage orders, view customer details, create or disable coupons, and pull daily sales reports. All data should sync instantly with the mobile app. English-only is fine for now, but the code should be structured so another language can be added later without rewrites. Source code, build files and clear deployment instructions are part of the hand-off, along with basic post-launch support to solve any critical defects. Please attach links or APKs of previous Flutter commerce apps you have shipped and outline a realistic timeline for design, development, testing and Play Store submission.
