I have several pending employment matters that were forced into private arbitration. My goal is to halt those arbitrations and shift the disputes into federal court. I need a complete set of filings that will (1) move the U.S. District Court to stay or dismiss the ongoing arbitral proceedings and (2) seek a declaratory judgment and injunctive relief invalidating the underlying arbitration agreement on grounds of unconscionability—both procedural and substantive.
