ArcGIS Point Data Spatial Analysis

Descripción de la oferta
I need an ArcGIS map built expressly for geospatial analysis, with the emphasis on spatial statistics applied to point data. The goal is to move beyond simple visualization and extract statistically significant patterns—hot spots, clusters, outliers, or similar insights—directly within ArcGIS Pro (or ArcMap if you prefer). Here is what I will provide: • A point-based dataset (CSV or shapefile) containing coordinates and several numeric attributes available for statistical testing. • A short note explaining the business questions driving the analysis. What I would like back: • An ArcGIS project file containing all layers, symbology, and your completed spatial-statistical workflows (e.g., Optimized Hot Spot, Cluster & Outlier, Spatial Autocorrelation, or other appropriate tools). • Clear map layouts and layer-packaged files that I can open and explore immediately. • A brief PDF or Word summary (one to two pages) describing the methods you chose, key statistics, and how to interpret the resulting maps. Acceptance criteria: 1. All analysis steps are documented in the project’s geoprocessing history. 2. Results are reproducible by running the saved models or scripts without manual tweaks. 3. The written summary answers the original business questions in plain language. If you prefer to automate parts of the workflow with ModelBuilder or ArcPy, great—just include the script or model in the deliverables. I’m ready to get started as soon as you are.
