I need an Archicad-savvy architect or drafter who can step straight into my pipeline and help carry the load on a range of Australian residential jobs. Everything we do is produced in Archicad 26 and leans toward a clean, modern aesthetic, whether the brief is a single-family home, a run of townhouses or a compact multi-unit. Day-to-day, you will be modelling and documenting directly in my project files, developing full drawing sets and BIM data that slot neatly into local authority and builder requirements. Clear layer structure, accurate Australian standards, and tidy layouts are essential because your output will flow straight to consultants and council.
