Descripción de la oferta
I run a fast-paced architectural studio in the UK and need a virtual assistant who can take raw notes, drawings, and consultant input and turn them into polished project reports ready to share with clients, planners, and internal teams. The role is entirely centred on document preparation—no calendar management or inbox triage—so your eye for layout, language, and technical accuracy is what will make you invaluable to us. Day-to-day you’ll receive brief outlines, mark-ups, and reference material from our architects and turn them into well-structured reports that follow our existing templates, incorporate imagery or tables where helpful, and meet RIBA stage requirements. I typically work in Microsoft Word and occasionally Adobe InDesign; if you have additional skills in those, great—just let me know. Please tell me about your experience producing architectural or other technical reports, including any examples that highlight your ability to organise complex information clearly. If you have UK construction or planning familiarity, mention it, though it’s not essential. Acceptance criteria for each report • Follows the practice template with unified styles, headers, footers, and page numbering • All sections completed, spell-checked, and cross-referenced correctly • Delivered in both editable (Word or InDesign) and PDF formats by the agreed deadline If this sounds like a workflow you can streamline for us, I look forward to seeing how your background aligns.
