I will send you the architectural and electrical drawings for a recently awarded Public Address system; each sheet is available in both DWG and PDF. Your job is to overlay accurate, as-built information on the reflected ceiling plans: every speaker location, each cable run, and the final server-room tie-in. I will provide an example of a previous project that this needs to align with. Please keep the work clean and professional. Use a logical, easy-to-read layer structure—separate layers for speakers, cabling, and equipment rooms are fine as long as the naming is clear. Deliverables • Updated RCPs showing speaker symbols, unique speaker IDs, cable routing, and server-room terminations in DWG and matching PDF. • Any additional detail call-outs or notes needed for full clarity (e.g., elevations, risers) included on the same sheets or on new sheets if space is tight. I will review the DWG in AutoCAD and the PDFs on screen and in print. Acceptance will be based on: 1. All devices and routes present and correctly tagged, 2. Layers logically named and turned on/off correctly, 3. No orphaned or duplicate geometry, 4. Output plotting cleanly to PDF at the provided sheet sizes. If you have questions about symbol choices or need clarification on cable paths, ask before you start so we keep revisions minimal.
