I need a hands-on chef who truly understands Asian cuisine and can translate that knowledge into daily service for a combined café and restaurant setting. You will be in charge of planning and executing a concise yet exciting menu, handling prep through final plating, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly during service. Because this is a working-kitchen role rather than a one-off event, I am most interested in seeing the depth of your previous experience. When you reply, highlight the restaurants or cafés where you have led or significantly contributed to an Asian menu, any specialties you are proud of, and how you balanced speed, consistency, and food-cost control.
