I’m ramping up my thought-leadership activity in AI and engineering and want to turn that expertise into confirmed guest-lecture slots at universities across Asia. The single goal of this project is to secure speaking engagements, so I need an outreach specialist who can research the right departments, locate decision-makers, craft compelling approaches, and keep conversations moving until dates are locked in. Here’s what the assignment looks like from my side: • Target region: Asia only. • Event type: University lectures (I’m happy if you spot a relevant tech conference along the way, but the core KPI remains university slots). • Topic area: Artificial intelligence, machine learning, software engineering, and the broader ethical and societal impact of emerging tech. Deliverables I’ll review and sign off on: 1. A curated contact list (institution, role, email/phone, notes) for at least 40 qualified universities. 2. A tailored outreach sequence: initial pitch email, quick follow-up, and a brief speaker packet you pull from my existing bio and slide deck. 3. Weekly status updates summarising opens, replies, and next actions. 4. Confirmation documentation for each secured lecture: email thread or official invitation with date, format (in-person or virtual), and any logistical requirements. I’ll provide my full bio, past talk links, and a core slide deck on acceptance. You bring the persistence, persuasive writing, and relationship-building skills to put those assets in front of the right academic coordinators. Tools are up to you—many specialists favour Apollo, Hunter, or a simple Google Sheet; what matters is accuracy and results. If this goes well, there’s scope to continue into other regions or into larger tech conferences. Let’s talk strategy and timelines, then start filling up the calendar.
