I need a full-stack ASP.NET web application—C# on the back end, SQL Server for data—delivered in both English and Arabic with complete RTL rendering on every screen. The build is split into two clear areas: External Applicant Portal • Public registration form that captures entity details and uploads supporting documents. • Submission triggers a reference number so applicants can log in later and track real-time status updates. • All outward-facing pages must switch seamlessly between English (LTR) and Arabic (RTL) without layout shifts. Administrative Portal • Review queue showing every incoming application and its attachments. • Configurable, multi-level approve / reject workflow. Each step records the acting user, decision, and timestamp. • Role-based user management for admins, reviewers, and super-admins. • Email and SMS notifications fire automatically on key workflow events—submission received, status change, decision issued. • Standard audit logs and at-a-glance dashboards with drill-downs; I’ll share exact fields and KPIs after award. Security & Access We are keeping authentication straightforward—no multi-factor layer is required—yet the usual ASP.NET Identity best practices still apply (hashed passwords, password reset, lockout policies). Please harden every endpoint against injection, XSS, and CSRF. All files, especially uploads, must be virus-scanned and stored outside the web root. Development & Handover Code must be clean, well-commented, and follow SOLID principles. On completion I expect: 1. Full Visual Studio solution with source, SQL scripts for schema and seed data, and any third-party libraries clearly documented. 2. Deployment guide for IIS + SQL Server. 3. Functional and technical documentation covering architecture, workflows, and translation strategy. If you’ve built enterprise-grade bilingual ASP.NET systems before, especially with Arabic RTL, your experience will be a strong fit.
