About the role: Too many women are lost in the gap between being offered accommodation and feeling safe enough to accept it, trust it and stay. As our new Assertive Outreach and Transitions Worker, you’ll stand alongside women at this critical point, making sure a move away from rough sleeping feels possible, supported and led by their choices.
