I run VIP Guru (https://linkedin.com/company/vipguru), a fast-moving software agency trusted by brands such as Apple, Tesla and Calendly. As our client base keeps growing, I’m opening three new tracks to keep every project and household running smoothly. The openings • Virtual assistants will handle calendar coordination, inbox triage, light research and client follow-ups, all done remotely with tools like Google Workspace, Slack and Notion. • Truck drivers will support our logistics partners by transporting time-sensitive equipment between client sites on fixed routes, completing digital logs and basic vehicle checks. • Au-pairs will live in with select executive families, providing childcare, homework help and light household duties while immersing themselves in a new culture. • Only accepts US residents due to our policy.
