Seeking interior designer for a new Senior Adult Day Care Center in a residential home (2 bedroom/ 2 bath) that focuses on enhancing the quality of life for our senior guests while providing respite for caregivers. The center will offer a range of recreational activities and adult care services. The facility will provide services 5 days per week (8 to 5). Located in a residential area of Knoxville, TN. Key Requirements: Design and Space Utilization to optimize for 4 seniors per day . Furniture Selection Art and Selection Space should include areas for Recreational Activities: - Exercise programs: Develop and implement various fitness routines tailored to different ability levels. - Art and craft sessions: Organize creative workshops to engage residents and stimulate their creativity. Personal Care Services: - Assistance with daily living activities: Provide support with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
