The task is straightforward: build and manage a Google Ads account that consistently brings in qualified service-inquiry leads for my online astrology practice. I already have landing pages and a basic idea of my ideal client; what’s missing is a specialist who can translate that into tightly targeted search and, if appropriate, display campaigns that convert. The campaign’s sole KPI is cost-effective lead generation—form fills and phone calls from people seeking one-to-one astrological consultations. Traffic volume, impressions, and other vanity metrics matter only insofar as they contribute to that goal. Here’s what I need from you: • Complete account architecture from keyword research through ad copy, extensions, and negative keyword curation • Accurate conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Analytics so every service inquiry is logged back to the keyword and ad that triggered it • Ongoing optimisation—bid adjustments, A/B testing, audience refinement, and clear weekly reporting on spend, conversions, and cost per lead Success will be measured after the first 30 days: a stable cost per lead that stays within the agreed target range and steady improvement in lead volume thereafter.
