I’m building a complete attendance and payroll solution that works seamlessly as both a responsive website and native mobile apps for iOS and Android. The core of the project is a unified code-base and database that lets Employees, Managers, and HR/Admin staff handle their daily time-tracking and monthly payroll tasks without juggling multiple systems. Here’s what matters most to me: • Accurate attendance tracking (real-time punches, geo-fencing or QR if you have a proven module). • Built-in leave management with request, approval, and balance logic tied directly to attendance. • Automatic pay computation that pulls the approved attendance and leave data, applies company rules, and produces ready-to-export payroll reports. I already have wireframes outlining the employee timesheet, manager approval screen, and HR dashboard, so you’ll be working with clear UI references. Stack is flexible as long as it delivers fast, secure web access and smooth native performance on both stores. On hand-over I expect: 1. Production-ready web portal with role-based access for Employees, Managers, and HR/Admin. 2. Published iOS & Android apps (I’ll provide developer-account credentials). 3. Source code, database schema, and brief deployment notes so my in-house IT team can maintain it.
