For a festival coming soon I am looking for someone expert at editing audio, possibly in Audacity or a similar tool. I am wanting two things. 1. Dance type music compiled using energetic Hare Krishna kirtan or similar. Can a compilation and/or remixed versions of real Krishna devotional or AI generated songs as well. but needs to be put together nicely. Should last about 20 mins at least. This will be played during the matki fod/ Dahi Handi /Pot breaking ceremony. 2. Editing of audio dialogues to create a theatrical performance I have attached a script along with the audio recordings. The dialogue recordings are already arranged in the correct order to make your life a bit easy. The first and last dialogue by Dadhilobha is spoken live, so its not recorded. I have a few suggestions below, however with your experience, you please take the call of what works and what doesn't. Could you please: Clean up the audio (remove background noise, breaths, long pauses, mistakes, etc.). Balance the volume so all characters sound consistent. Add suitable background music and sound effects throughout. Make scene transitions smooth with short musical transitions. Add: Grand courtroom music for the opening. Gavel sound effects whenever the judge bangs the gavel and says GUILTY OR NOT GUILTY Pot-clanging sound when Lalita enters. Dramatic thunder and entrance music for Yamaraj. Divine/flute music for Krishna where appropriate. Uplifting entrance music for Narada Muni. Gentle emotional background music during Mother Yaśodā's scene. Also when Yashoda, sings, can we have some music, so everyone can groove Kīrtan/music for the finale and fade out at the end. (We were thinking of making Manya lead the final kirtan - so leave this for now) Leave a small pause after funny lines to allow for audience laughter (Do you know of a device of how can we add laughter when the drama is going on..not prerecorded on our audio file) Keep the overall flow natural, engaging, contemporary and theatrical. For anyone interested, for me to judge their experience and quality of work, would be great if you could share similar work, music composition or a sample based on the files attached. I would like to have this completed in less than a week with sufficient time for revision. All files to be provided so that they can be edited later on if required before the event.
