We are an electronics manufacturer looking for a local freelancer currently residing in Australia to perform a quick network compatibility and hardware quality check on our physical senior-friendly mobile phones. We need to verify if our physical devices can successfully connect to local Australian mobile networks and make/receive standard calls. What We Will Provide: We will courier the physical testing phone directly to your Australian address. We will fully cover and pre-pay all courier shipping costs (including providing a pre-paid return shipping label). You will not have to pay anything out of pocket for shipping. Your Tasks (Once you receive the phone): Insert your active Australian SIM card into the phone. (We are looking for testers using various networks, including Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, Boost, Amaysim, Belong, etc.). Make a quick 10-second test call and receive an incoming call to ensure the network connection is stable and the call quality is clear. Record a 15-second video showing the phone's screen with stable signal bars or during a call. Pack the phone back into its packaging and drop it off at the courier using our pre-paid return label. ⚠️ Troubleshooting & Extra Milestone Bonus: Depending on your network, if the phone experiences connection issues (such as displaying "No Service"): We will ask you to connect the phone to your computer and use a simple tool we provide to capture system/modem logs for our engineering team. If this log-recording step is required, we will provide a very clear step-by-step guide and will gladly add an extra AUD 15 - 20 bonus (as an extra milestone) to compensate for your extra time!
