I need a small Android utility that silently springs into action the moment any incoming or outgoing call ends. The flow is straightforward: first it fires off a local SMS from the phone’s own SIM using one default message template; immediately after, it pushes a WhatsApp message containing the same text plus a pre-loaded PDF file. Stability matters: the service must keep running in the background even when the screen is off or the device is locked, without being killed by the system’s battery optimisations. I also want a simple way—preferably an in-app settings screen or easily editable file—to swap out both the SMS text and the PDF whenever needed. You are free to build this in Java or Kotlin as long as you can integrate (or legally automate) the WhatsApp send function. Compliance with WhatsApp policy is essential; no work-arounds that are likely to get the phone number blocked. Please deliver within a month.
