Project Brief: Point Cloud Drafting Services (3 Leisure Centers approx 200GB each) Project Overview The project involves the drafting of 2D AutoCAD drawings from point cloud survey data for five sites. All survey data will be captured and provided by the client. The appointed supplier will be responsible solely for processing and drafting this data into accurate, industry-compliant drawings. Scope of Works The appointed supplier will be responsible for: -Importing and working from client-provided point cloud data -Processing the data as required to enable accurate drafting -Producing 2D AutoCAD drawings based on the supplied surveys -No site survey work is required as part of this appointment. Deliverables For each of the five sites, the supplier shall provide: -2D Floor Plans -2D Elevations -2D Site Plans -2D M&E layouts All outputs must: -Be delivered in AutoCAD (DWG format) -Be fully derived from the supplied point cloud data -Achieve a minimum accuracy of ±2mm -Follow British Standard (BS) compliant layering conventions Estimate working days -2-4 weeks Standards and Requirements All drawings must adhere to relevant British Standards for CAD layering and naming conventions Drawings should be clear, coordinated, and suitable for immediate use by design teams Units, scales, and file structures must be consistent across all deliverables Client Responsibilities Provision of complete and coordinated point cloud data for all five sites Confirmation of required drawing outputs, formats, and any specific layering standards prior to commencement Confidentiality and Data Protection The successful supplier will be required to: Enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencement Comply with all applicable data protection legislation and client data security requirements Sign any additional data sharing or data processing agreements as required Ensure that all project data is stored, handled, and transferred securely Quality Assurance The supplier must implement a quality assurance process to ensure all drawings meet the required ±2mm accuracy and are consistent across all site
