I need an experienced AutoCAD drafter to recreate a complete existing commercial floor plan from a JPEG/IMG and prepare a clean, fully editable CAD drawing suitable for use as an engineering background. Scope of Work Recreate all visible architectural elements, including walls, doors, room names, dimensions and other relevant information shown on the source plan. Draw the floor plan full-size at 1:1 in model space. Scale the drawing using the dimensions shown on the source plan. Do not assume or invent missing dimensions. Clearly identify any unclear information or dimensional discrepancies. Add the proposed washroom exactly as shown on the separate sketch, including new partition walls, one door and plumbing fixtures. Organize all elements using clear, professional CAD layers. Keep existing and proposed construction on separate layers. Ensure all lines, text, dimensions, blocks and hatches are fully editable. Deliverables Editable AutoCAD DWG, preferably saved in AutoCAD 2018-compatible format. Matching PDF suitable for review and sharing. One round of minor revisions following my review. Schedule The completed DWG and PDF are required within two business days of award. The selected freelancer must be available to begin immediately. Confirmation that you can meet the two-business-day deadline. A brief description of your experience recreating commercial floor plans from scanned drawings or images.
