I receive a steady flow of PDF floor plans that must be turned into clean, UK Land-Registry-compliant lease and title plans. Your task is to take each PDF, follow every measurement exactly, and recreate the layout in AutoCAD at the correct scale. No special layer structure or annotation set is needed—just an accurate, professional 2D drawing that is ready for submission. Accuracy and speed both matter. I often work to tight deadlines, so I value drafters who can deliver, review feedback, and return amended files quickly. When you respond, please share: • two or three examples of similar CAD work you’ve completed, and • your typical turnaround time for a single plan. DWG and a matching PDF are the only deliverables I need.
