I’m preparing a new-construction residential project and need the floor plans drafted with precision in both AutoCAD (.dwg) and Revit (.rvt). All exterior and interior walls, openings, room names, primary dimensions, and gridlines must read clearly at print scale. You’ll receive my hand sketches and key measurements; your task is to translate them into clean, well-layered files that follow standard architectural conventions. Please keep layers organised, use consistent line-weights, and set up an easily editable Revit model so future elevations or sections can be generated without redraws. Deliverables • Editable AutoCAD floor plan (.dwg) • Matching Revit model (.rvt) with coordinated levels • PDF sheet sized for A1 printing I will review for dimensional accuracy, layer discipline, and overall clarity before approving the final files.
