I have an architectural project that now needs a precise site plan produced in AutoCAD. All existing measurements, setbacks, and orientation notes will be supplied once we start; what I need from you is a clean, well-layered DWG that can drop straight into the permit set and a PDF for quick review. Because this drawing will anchor every other sheet, I’m looking for someone who has clear experience laying out site plans—grading lines, hardscape, basic landscaping call-outs, utilities and north arrow all in their proper places. If you have handled survey data or coordinated with civil engineers before, that will be a plus. When you respond, focus on your experience with architectural site plans rather than sending a general portfolio. Two or three examples that show similar work are perfect. Turnaround time and any software version requirements on your side are also helpful to mention.
